Rob’s passion for fitness, his commitment to clients, and his relentless focus and determination are key driving forces behind his client’s results and success. Advances in research and technology are constantly changing the fitness industry; through continual education Rob consistently improves his methods of training. Since 1995, Rob has been excelling in some form of fitness leadership. His fitness background includes; youth athletics coaching, martial arts, self defense, advanced stretching, physique competition prep (fitness, figure, bodybuilding), athletic training, personal training, Crossfit Coaching, and meal planning.

With his experience as a former member of the U.S. Greco-Roman wrestling team and national level body builder coupled with his education, Rob has a first hand level of knowledge and experience for educating his clients. His areas of expertise are extended in general health, injury rehabilitation, detailed body composition and overall fitness testing, weight loss, and body sculpting programs. Rob is recognized as a top-flight elite trainer in the state of Arizona and has been featured the TV programs Good Morning Arizona and Sonora Living. He has also debuted in fitness magazines Planet Muscle, Iron Man magazine, and Muscle Mag. Rob is a sponsored athlete to Betastax-fat burner making an appearance in many of their advertisements.
