Skip Divelbiss

Raised in the Midwest, Skip was involved in sports and fitness at a very young age. After playing every major sport available he settled on wrestling which became a way of life. In high school he was able to be work out in the University of Iowa wrestling room and was able to learn from legendary coach Dan Gable. During that time Skip was able to learn about mental toughness and preparation, being competitive, leadership, and going above and beyond to reach and exceed your potential.

In college, Skip spent his first two years wrestling at Wartburg who won the D-III National Championship both years. Since college he has spent a lot of time learning about personal performance. He has attended many seminars and events about leadership, goal setting and achievement.

Skip was introduced to CrossFit by his wife Tiffany and began training in July of 08. He has been coaching CrossFit for almost 3 years. Just like wrestling it has become a way of life. Being able to motivate and inspire people to achieve amazing results has become a passion. He looks forward to seeing what athletes can achieve in the following years and will continue to work with people who are truly interested in improving their life through fitness.
